This took some effort as we had tornado warnings and bad weather until 9:00...at that point, I went to gym and worked out for 1/2 hour. This is going to be my goal 5 to 6 days per week for at least 1/2 hour a day. On my day(s) off, I am going to try and be active with kids running around or whatever. Need to put on some good shoes as I am going to continue to run. Already feel better.
