Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 59 degrees foggy

Comments:
2mile warm up run, then we 1/4mile laps at race pace. 1st 1/4 1:46min...2nd 1/4mile 1:48...3rd 1/4mile 1:52. we jogged 1/4mile slowly after each 1/4mile sprint. To finish work out we ran another 2 miles. doesn't sound like a lot but speed work was pretty challenging.
