First Day Back

first day running since conference, didnt feel really good, and thought i was going really slow, but i mapped it afterwards and i was going a lot faster than i thought, which is good. my knee was feeling a lot better until last night when i was fixing my bike and hit it real hard on the frame, so i was a little worried. it didnt really slow me down, but it hurt a lot the whole time. hopefully that doesnt continue. i still feel like weak sauce cause i was at my high schools conference meet yesterday and watched this kid from my old team run 4:24, after not breaking 4:50 last year.
