Comments:
4:30pm, in Arlington, Army-Navy into morning loop, with 3x additional intervals up and down Arlington Ridge (down was slow recovery). the loop itself goes up the Ridge, so that's where #4 comes from. The interval is a half mile with 110 ft vertical gain. Splits: 3:36, 3:34, 3:35, 3:39. Recovery: 3:47, 3:56, 4:06.

Splits were faster than my target race pace of 8:15/mi. but the vertical gain is significantly less than the race.
