Comments:
i was pretty tired after running at a quick pace for 8 yesterday, plus all the running around in ultimate. mostly the ultimate, i think, because i'm not used to sprinting and changing directions and stuff. i decided to run at henderson park, but started out pretty slow, since i was tired. the first three miles were at about 7:07 pace, then i stopped to talk to a high school friend who had just finished running on the trail. next two miles were about 6:35. two after that were roughly 6:50, then 6:40ish to finish off. it was a better run than i expected, and i was glad that i kinda recovered during the run (probably because i stopped and took a break.) but i felt strong throughout, and was happy about that. still really sore though.
