Weather: pretty warm a bit windy
Comments:
3 sets of 300 at 800 pace, 100 30 seconds later x 3 with 2 minutes rest between 100's and 300's and 3 minutes rest between sets. Very decent workout, 46 lows straight until the last two which were 45's. Last two hurt a lot
