Comments:
solo 20 400's with 100jog rest(45sec) and 400jog rest(3:30) after sets of 5. Goal 2mile pace so 71-72.

About half way through the 100 jogs started doing nothing and i went into each still out of breath and still feeling the last one. But the 400 jog was heavenly and made the workout possible. I realized at around #8 that even though it was going to be hard it was somthing that had to be done so i let my mind go into a netural state stopped worrying about if id be able to do it and ran each as its own.
