Headed out a bit after 7:30 pm. The sun was not intense at all so although it was 77 degrees, the temp felt comfortable. A bit faster than I wanted on the pace today b/c I wanted a nice easy recovery from yesterday. It still felt comfortable so I don't think it hurt anything. Just want to be careful and stay patient.
