Weather: cool and nice

Comments:
did the 2 mile highland loop, then the 1 mile kashtoonkiina loop, and then another set of the same thing. first mile was grossly slow for me so i decided to make the rest faster to make up for it. by the last mile i was breaking 7. intense. i guess i still got it, even after that bunch of time off. cant wait to start getting back into it and training for vcxc in the fall. keep it up man! and good work today
