Biked in the gym for some added aerobic activity. Tried to maintain about 100 RPMs but my legs were tired from the morning. Did 3 X 5 minute pick-ups starting at 30 mins, 40 mins and 50 mins (RPMS between 107-110).

Tension level set at 10.
