Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a 2.1 mile warm-up, tempo 2.5 miles in the neighborhood where DC does redline, then 1.7 mile cool-down. Did the tempo in 16:30 (6:36 pace) which wasn't bad, but felt a lot harder than it probably should have. Was a little cooler outside, so that was a plus. Did abs after. Sore all day. Time for me to get back into shape...
