Comments:
Ran w/ Shea, hoping it would make the run pass by a little faster and push me a little. Ended up having a pretty good run, just started easy, clipped the last few miles off around 7 minute pace, with the last one at 6:55. I'll get there...eventually. Stomach felt horrible. 8 minute abs and push-ups later in the day.
