Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
i ran the same 8.1-mile route that i usually do. a little slower than last week, because, though it wasn't too hot outside, it was really humid. also, my back has been really hurting lately. maybe it's from my bed or my desk chair at work. i can't think of anything else, but i'm gonna try to fix that. my back felt better once i got into the run, i guess i just forgot about it.
started out too fast today, probably hit the first two miles in 6-flat, it would've been awesome to hold that pace, and at some point in time, i should be able to do it. the rest of the run was fine. i slowed a bit, but didn't die.
