Weather: 76- not bad
Comments:
Did the same run as Wednesday. Felt better, probably because it wasn't as hot. Ankle felt pretty good once I got ~10 minutes in. HR was 180 after, so it's going to be a few weeks before I get my base back and get used to this "running" business.
