Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Thought the run was a little faster pace than what we averaged, but guess we started out pretty easy. Around 40 minutes picked it up and finished the run at a pretty good clip. Felt good to get a good distance in. Legs felt stiff/asleep early, but towards the end of the run was wanting to get rolling. Achilles was a little stiff at times in the middle of the run. I think it's getting better though.
