started out a little slower like 7:04 pace and then kept getting faster felt good! super feet make my feet feel a lot better but i still get a lot of cramping in my arches! wanted to run on trails but i had no one to run with and tessa said shed bike with me so we went back to the strand and she rode her bike with me while i ran!!!!
