Comments:
5:30pm, in Oneonta. It's REPEAT (not repeatS) because I only did 2. Up East St to the entrance to the HS (warmup), then up Bugbee and up to the SUNY-Oneonta baseball and softball fields = 1mi, 330 ft vertical gain. Then back to the start, and repeat. Then cool down back home...

Btw, Mt. Washington is only another 132 ft A MILE steeper. For 7.3 miles.
