Long Run

Comments:
Started the long run a bit after 7pm to avoid the heat. The distance was probably a bit aggressive for only the 5th week of training, but I survived ok. My legs were pretty tired by the end. No problems handling the distance cardio-wise, which is encouraging. Picked up the pace slightly every 4-6 miles to make is somewhat of a progression run. Pick-ups not severe though since the legs weren't feeling great. Probably shouldn't have picked a route where the last 2/3rds is rather hilly.

212, out to road just before Cranberry Library (through Robinhood), past Blade Runners to Park N Ride, Up the Red Belt to Spang and finished back at 212
