Weather: 80s hot, but not too humid
Comments:
Warmed up for the first 5 minutes on grass, ran on roads sadly for 32 minutes and then the last three of my cool down was on grass. A little bit of tightness in my shins. I ran in my new inserts today that I have been using so, I was going to try for a few more days just to make sure everything is okay.
