bad day for a long run

so, it ended up not really being my long run for the week. ran with carter after work, and we headed up derbyshire and went in a direction i'd been before but not quite that way. it was hot, and i just felt a little dehydrated. it didnt hit me until a few miles in. finished the run though, and because it was downhill the way back we still kind of sped up a bit. good pace for how i felt i guess. have to make sure i'm hydrating more than i am at work. i carry a water bottle but it just isnt enough apparently. stretched a lot after, i was a little sore today too.
