lunada bay-hawthorne-lighthouse trail-down cliffs- around far side of school-back down center trail half way-back to lunada bay!

hilly run woof.

ran with trevor we had to take mini break at 2 and 4 miles cuz he was hurting but then i just added on three alone weeeeeee

my cramps were killer at the beginning but got better!

hamstring was soreee (weird?)

arches were same as usual.
