Comments:
Kind of a fail. Really hot. I was cramping up bad, Josh was too and Mackenzie's pec or something was strained. Supposed to be 4 x 800, with the 1st 600 at tempo, last 200 squeezing down. Ended up doing 2 like that, and then 1 600 with it being 400 tempo. Even the 600 was bad though, don't think we really accelerated.
