had to get the run in kind of quickly so we could get to the panic! at the disco concert on time. so just did 5 with carter. up north park and back. it was hot again. i'd like to keep what my training pace should be but the heat is really fighting me. getting a good mix of running with carter and running by myself. i think both are going to help me in the long haul. days on my own i can really just chill in my pace, and focus in a relaxed manner on all the running. and on the days i run with carter (or other people) i can get my mind away from all that pace and just run. still decent pace in the heat.
