i'm so sorry

to the people who have to use that bike after i used it. the village workout room was empty when i got there, and i was happy, they only have two bikes which are usually in use around the time i went down. anyway, i was sweating like no other, and there are no paper towels within a mile of that room, and the thing thats supposed to have wipes in it was empty/broken. i used my shirt to dry it, but it wasn't very effective. biked pretty hard for a solid 10 minutes on random then 10 minutes flat. i was moving on the flat part. and then cooled down for 2:30ish.
