Weather: Hot, but not as bad
Comments:
With Jim 2.2 mile warmup then 4x1200 at around 7:15 pace. 1.8 cooldown. Felt good. No pain. Intervals were easy I was just trying to keep Jim on pace. Surprisingly, my sense of pace wasn't bad we hit the first 400 in the exact same time each interval.
