Not so good for first 2.5 miles
First 2.75 miles at 7:40 pace
4.25 miles @ 7:00 pace
2 miles @ 6:15 pace
1 mile @ probably 7:45 pace (had to recover after the 6:15)
2 miles @ 7:00 pace
3 miles @ 7.45+-

Gel at 9 miles. Felt good overall. Times and distances are all approximate. I don't have a Garmin. Route was Turtle Hall to S. End of WB and back then 1 mile in s/d.
