First run back home

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cold, a bunch of snow on the ground

Comments:
Ran with Udzy, hannon, gabe, and michael moore, who has a sister named mandy moore. no joke. Ran to maine south, then ran streets for ~45 minutes. we were moving pretty good, according to the my watch and mapmyrun, we were going just over 6:20 pace, but i don't feel like it was quite that fast. if it was though, that's awesome. went back in the fieldhouse and drills/abs/medicine ball stuff. it wasnt too bad, but i was surprised. a whole bunch of the abs i had never done before, which doesn't really happen too often, so it was cool.
