status- was at work from 12-5 but it was kind of slow so i drank a TON of water while reading a book... I downed two 36oz cups of water, and then maybe another 16oz or so... I think that's almost 3 liters. I was peeing every 15 minutes... good thing there weren't a lot of customers. But I must say, I felt GREAT on the run... the difference was astounding; my legs didn't feel like dead weights and the hot weather didn't seem to bother me quite as much. I felt good, so my medium was a little faster than usual. Guess that means I should be drinking like that a lot more. I'll work on it.
