AMSTERDAM MARATHON

Started off feeling good. Paced myself conservatively at 9:15-9:20ish miles and was okay for at least first 3/4s of the race. Hip started hurting a lot, had to walk a bit up a short hill. Then left groin/quad/knee seized up and had to walk in last kilometer! But managed to pull it together and spring finish.

I'm satisfied with this race. I absolutely did the best I could on the day (only walked twice, which I'm happy about considering how much my hips and leg were hurting. Pulled it off. Wasn't a disaster.
