So the heat broke sometime today which made this run much more better and enjoyable than previous instalments of summer training. I ran the new trail loop which I can't map but am calling 6. I think thats short but whatevs I don't need the mileage. 
This was the first run I've felt truly good this summer. The pace was good and I didn't feel strained running it just kinda chilled and went along. Hopefully the rest of the summer goes just as swimingly as this run did. I ran my last mile appriximently in 6 minutes without pushing so thats encouraging
Stretch/L7 while watching soccer/NCAA field events.
Played a little tennis with Brooke after. Shes good.
