elliot and chloe rode their bikes with my down at cabrillo so it was really fun!

i ran two miles and then decided i wanted to do something a little more speedy so i threw in a little pick up and then i ran backkkk
went pretty hard for the first mile of the pick up and then totally faded so i slowed down :) didnt go very long (1.5) then i just ran some moreee LONG RUN TOMORROW! (hopefully)
