Weather: Chilly at some points

Comments:
Good run overall, ran with an ultramarathoner for the beginning of the run (we met on the trail) he was moving so my first 8 miles were around 6:30 pace. I knew that I would crash if I kept it up after he left so I eased up significantly for a while to relax and then finished the run around 7 min pace.
