Well as I said in the previous entry, I had finished early with the elliptical machine early and what better way is there to kill 15 minutes than to test the foot out on the track? I decided to run a solid mile. I started out strong, maintained for the middle and finished very solid with an 8:17 mile. The foot held up and I had no problems
