ran the workout on the springbrook path. it was close to sundown so it was kind of brisk out, but pretty comfortable once i started going. legs hurt a bit towards the end of the tempo, but overall they behaved.owned this workout compared to the exact same workout last year at this same time of the summer. last year i was 7:28 pace warming up, 6:16 pace on the tempo section, and 7:46 pace on the cool down. although i've improved, my cardio still felt a bit lagging behind my legs. i'm sure with the weeks to come and more workouts under my belt, it will start to feel better. overall, a great first workout of the summer though, im pumped for this season!
