Morning Run

Comments:
Type: Easy

Terrain: Flat/Pavement

Complaints: Right ankle didn't feel great, legs a little bit heavy, I need some good runs on softer surfaces.

Comments: The pace was fairly quick, I wanted to go a little slower. I am planning on going 8 or 9 miles later to get a little extra mileage. My aim is 60-65 miles this week. Hopefully the run later feels good.

Fun Fact: I saw a deer, dog, chipmunk, bird and a squirrel
