went up to kennet hs's track for a tempo with lafferty after liam's (his kid) bday party. a pretty standard 8mi workout: 6:00, 5:57, 6:02, 5:57, 5:58, 5:56, 5:58, 5:53. i managed to get a pretty brutal cramp during the warmup that never really went away the entire workout. i would breath it away, it kept returning. i did however let a good amount of farts out in the last 100m which felt amazing..too late. i had to brake out my original fastwitches because i ripped the other ones playing handball a few weeks back. i think this workout was good for me since i need this sort of thing, but it definitely should feel easier.
