lefferty and i were originally going to do that mile tt, but i got pretty drunk last night at the bars so we decided to just do a workout. good thing because it turned out to only be aidan with townsend rabiting. instead we did 400m of 100on, 100off striders. 800 (800jog), 2x (400 [400], 200harder [300], 200 [200]), 3x100m strides. all at mile pace except the hard 200s and strides. 2:16, 68, 29, 33, 65, 38, 33. felt pretty good.
