Comments:
started out with a 3mi tempo on the bike path. i started and ended from the train station so i could get down to the track in a timely manner for 3s and 2s. started wih the wind at my back heading towards the business park. turned around at the 1.5/daycare, went down to apple rd and back up. splits were all over the place due to the wind. 525, 537, 529= 1632 (avg 530). jogged down to the track (5min) and started 300, 200, 300, 200 after 10min (3min between each). tried to get some wind aid but it ended up not mattering; it was swirling pretty good all over the place. 44, 28, 44, 27. felt pretty good the whole time but hard to say with all this damn wind all the time. some cooldown barefoot on s campus turf.
