headed down to the track early with feeney and weaver. i liked the idea of 3k (@ 10k pace), 1k, 1k with 5min recovery between. luckily aidan and eddie were there to do it with me. 9:40, 2:52, 2:48. felt pretty good throughout especially when i took the first 1k out in 30, oops.
