Comments:
400 200 200, 300 300 200, 4x200. around 800m race pace with 1min recov after 400, 45sec after 3s, 30sec after 2s, 6min between sets (kinda long but whatever). 60 31 32, 45 46 26, 31 30 30 29. felt pretty average and it seems that my times were pretty similar to what i should be able to run in an 800. the wind was worse than expected of course but a solid workout id say. i miss speed work.
