1st set: split squats with weights (20 each hand), split jumps and pushups
2nd set: pull ups (with assist), pull-downs (2.5 setting) and bosu pushups
3rd set: bosu tricep pulldown (5 setting), bosu bicep curl (5 setting)
4th set: some variation on planks for core
3x each set
