Comments:
Workout at the track, delayed it to make sure stomach was good. Spent a ton of time looking for someone to run with but nobody could.

1200m warmup, was really clouded but it got very nice by the time I started.

dynamic stretches, killed time doing little things, taking my time.

first repeat went ok, splits were a bit whacko...
