I saw my friend Matt on the normally sparse sidewalks of Mentor and a little boy hiding behind a tree waiting to attack someone with a squirt gun. He was pretty intense.
It took a bit to get back into a good form.

Before the run: Week 3 Day 1 lift at Veale
Stretch/abs 8x30 while watching Big Bang Theory
