Running Stuffs

Comments:
Ran to 121 and did my tempo on a treadmill (didn't want to get too excited and go out too fast) and it worked fairly well. Rather boring and get a lot of stares but in the end it worked out. Ran roughly five miles after and ran into Kamron for the last piece of my run.
