Weather: Super nice, in the 60s!

Okay, so i thought I had the 45 minute with 20 hot, but instead I had the 45 minute with 5x15 sec. pups. Anyways I did the warm up on grass and in the cemetery and then a few minutes on the road and parking lot. I did my hot run on the track and then my cool down was on the baseball field, and roads. My shines felt great, but the left side of my hip was giving me quite a protest after a mile and a half during my hot run.Anyways so minus the hip thing, the hot run felt a lot better than expected...which was surprising because the last hot run I did at this pace I thought I was going to die. Soooo that was encouraging. :D
