Weather: Great! Rainy and cool!

Comments:
I did my run on a mixture of grass and concrete. There were about 3 medium size hills on this run. So my hip has been hurting when I walk around, but not so much when I ran today. The pain is more in my butt area I guess is what you would call it. It's were my leg and hit joint is at.
Sleep 5 with an hour nap
