Comments:
Ran an hour on the treadmill this morning (boring), ran 7.55 miles in one hour, walked until I hit 8. Felt pretty good, I have to say my body is feeling better and better after these long runs, not nearly as sore as the first time I did it. Weighed in at 164.7 pounds afterward, not counting that here though.
