Comments:
Ran 4.7 miles, took just about 35:30. I didn't eat breakfast this morning, I'm feeling stressed the fuck out and don't feel like eating, that likely made my run a bit harder, though i felt like I was flying at times. Did some stretching and wall sits afterward.
