Comments:
It felt good running in a 5k after not doing one for a while. I could definitely feel that I had not done any fast workouts lately and Zach said the same. I felt ok until the last hill where I started to feel pukey. I make it through the finish line before I had any problems though. My mile splits were 6:32, 6:25, 7:12 and 0:46. Zach and I did a cooldown before the awards ceremony. I rode home with my dad but we had to stop at Kroger and I did not feel like waiting so I ran home from there for an extra cooldown.
