workout- 5/10... i originally got up early so i could eat a little something and run before it got too hot... then i went to go to GL, but my car wouldn't start. Had to jump it, but all that business took a while so i was forced to run during the hottest part of the day... which still wasn't THAT bad b/c it was pretty shady, but my legs felt tired right when i started, and i was already kind of "meh" mentally. I did settle into an even pace after a bit, but i can't say it ever got to much of a HOT :/ I will say that even though everything was just kind of miserable, I stuck through til the end... 2 points for perseverance.
